Lead Out Loud

Lead Out Loud (LOL) is the educational training series designed by the Center for Student Involvement, in partnership with student leaders, campus partners, and faculty/staff, to deliver engaging relevant content. Student leaders may engage in LOL through their fraternity or sorority in addition to involvement in additional student organizations.

Fraternity/Sorority Student Leader Track

Self-Paced Learning

Students are able to review a variety of educational and training resources at their own pace.

These opportunities include (but are not limited to):

  • Facility Oversight
  • Reserving Space On-Campus
  • Activity Registration (Events, Meetings, Chapter)

Big Pictures & Presidents

Chapter and Council President's will have experiences specifically designed to support their success as leaders of leaders.

These required opportunities include:

  • Greek President's Welcome Back!
  • Fall Leader Training
  • President Roundtables

Council & Chapter Officers

Officers within both councils and each chapter must attend two Lead Out Loud events.

These required opportunities include:

  1. Greek Leader Retreat
  2. Lead Out Loud Elective

Electives

Lead Out Loud electives will be offered in partnership with many friendly faces across the University of Richmond. These will focus on time management, career readiness meets student leadership, emotional intelligence, and more!

Each Officer of a Council and/or a Chapter must attend at least one Lead Out Loud Elective offered in the Fall 2026 semester.
