Events with Alcohol

Events with alcohol may be hosted beginning three (3) weeks after the first day of classes.

For Spring 2026, this is February 5, 2026.

Review + Approval

Upload Guest List

Set Risk Team Night-Of

There will only be two (2) timeframe options approved per date; first come, first served.

I.E. This means only ‘mid’ and ‘late’ can be offered if requested before an ‘early’.

Each organization may host no more than one (1) event with alcohol per week.

Sunday - Thursday events must conclude by 12:00 AM.

After your submission...

Wait for "Event Approval" Confirmation

After you submit on SpiderCentral, the event will go to FSL Staff for review. Upon review, your submission will be approved or denied, and the submitter will receive email confirmation either way.

Lodge Guest List

Upon approval, the guest list for the event must be updated on the SpiderCentral platform. Instructions on how to upload your guest list like this are linked.

Guest lists must be updated 48 hours ahead of the event start time. URPD will bring a correlating amount of wristbands to those on your guest list who are 21+.
