Lead Out Loud Training Requirements
Each organization (both RSO & FSL) must complete and attend 4 sessions, in total. Some roles have required sessions, others can choose from electives.
What's Lead Out Loud?
Lead Out Loud is the new student leader training experience through the Center for Student Involvement (CSI) at the University of Richmond.
Instead of one-size-fits-all sessions, Lead Out Loud breaks it down by role and purpose, giving you exactly what you need based on your position. These aren’t just boxes to check.
What are the requirements?
Each Student Organization that the Center for Student Involvement has oversight of (RSOs, Fraternities, Sororities) must attend four (4) sessions total.
Key point - the workload of Lead Out Loud is meant to be shared across the leadership of each organization. One VP shouldn't be tackling everything for everyone.
Some positions, like President, Treasurer, and Risk Managers, must attend required sessions, like FSL Essentials or Leadership Launch. Other important leaders working with your group can clock in for the "Loud Elective" to help reach 4 total sessions.
