Welcome to the official kickoff of Lead Out Loud: In Progress, UR's new leadership development series for Student Organization and Fraternity & Sorority Life leaders. This series replaces the former RSO and FSL Institutes.
It’s built for student leaders who are building, learning, and figuring it out in real time. Leadership isn’t about having it all together. It’s about being willing to grow out loud.
This kickoff will cover the essentials: event planning, finances, SpiderCentral tools, policy updates, and more. Additionally workshops and mini sessions will be available throughout the semester to continue the conversation.
Now... Who should attend??
All Presidents of Student Organizations and Fraternity/Sorority chapters (IFC, Panhellenic, NPHC, and MGC), along with one additional officer of your choosing. This second person should be someone you trust and rely on, especially with behind-the-scenes operations like event planning, finances, or policy updates.
If a student holds leadership roles in more than one organization, they can attend on behalf of up to two orgs.
